Return and refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • To claim a return, warranty, or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim warranty, return, or replacement. Requests without it will not be accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.

Reminder: An unboxing video is required for all returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
